Our Staff

All of our care staff are criminal record checked and are recruited through a robust process that requires up to date references and a full employment history. All our staff have undergone mandatory training, CRB and reference checks annually.

All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care. We have a strong consistent base of home-care staff that comes from a variety of backgrounds and range in age from 18+ years. We also have both female and male carers available, many whom have their own transport.

We undertake regular reviews on the client's care needs; and conduct regular supervisions to ensure that the carers level of work is acceptable and that they are supported adequately.

Our staff are trained to the highest standards and CRB checks are compulsory for all the team members in the organisation.
